Nasarius was initially selected to help in the company’s Treasury upgrade project, based on our long track record and market-leading skills in the area. Our involvement has since been extended to include support-related tasks, business case preparation, in-house bank implementation and bank tendering.

The joint effort has transformed the firm’s financial processes, organizational design and system platform. It has resulted in a strong long-term commitment from both parties to implement the vision for Treasury, In-House Bank, payment-related processes and bank connectivity.

This company has selected Nasarius as trusted advisors for its transformation process within Treasury, In-House Banking and payment processes. The assignments include, among others, requirement specifications and full support on tendering for third-party providers.

Nasarius has a long relationship with this company to provide different services, ranging from day-to-day support of an advanced in-house bank solution to extending and maintaining its solution platform. In addition, Nasarius handles small and medium-sized projects including:

Nasarius has been chosen to support a change of bank relationship. In addition, the client and Nasarius have developed and successfully implemented a Collection factory.

Nasarius has provided this company with services related to setting up its payment systems and bank interfaces. The tasks involved ranged from designing interfaces to optimizing and supporting the current bank connectivity solution.

Nasarius has been chosen as the trusted advisor to support the implementation of a Scandinavian multi-bank connectivity solution. In this role, Nasarius has covered the full scope of the project, ranging from pre-study and blueprinting, to implementation and testing, to post go-live support and post-implementation evaluation.

This international player has replaced its ERP solution with an extensive new system platform. Nasarius has focused on the financial supply chain, including:

• Large-scale international implementation of centralized payments (both internal and external) and collections using the In-House Bank concept. This includes implementation in more than 60 countries (including important emerging countries) working with multiple international banks
• Design and implementation of three Shared Service Centres worldwide, with a focus on business transformation and optimization

Nasarius was appointed to examine the salary payment process to certify the strength of the solution after it had happened that salaries were paid out late to some of the employees. The study resulted in a rapport about the processes, systems and interfaces used, with recommendation for improvements primarily around the processes and system testing. Even before the final rapport had been delivered Nasarius was hired again to help to implement some of the recommendations and to make a detailed describe the systems and workflow within the salary payment department.
